The rooms were clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was great, with key attractions and amenities nearby.- Another advantage was the excellent breakfast offered, with a wide range of options for different tastes.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, making it uncomfortable, especially during warm days. The noise from the traffic outside and other activities around the hotel was quite bothersome, affecting the quality of sleep.

Due to the ashclouds from Island, I had to change my schedule and leave one night earlier (I trevelled by car instead of plane). The hotel personel refused to cancel the last night. They refused to call Booked.net. I did it myself . One helpfull lady explained to me that the hotel had to decide the cancellation policy. I succeeded Maritim hotel to talk to Booked.net but despite this decision they still refused to cancel the last night. I took 1 hour and 15 minutes before they accepted. I think that some kind of flexibility would have been appreciated from the hotell staff while Booked.net again showed a high degree of professionalism.

Decent size room. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends coming to Hanover❤

The hotel is in a great location, close to some of our favorite spots such as the new town hall, and the room was comfortable.

breakfast is expensive but really good

when during CEBIT, overpriced room, really old school decoration, worn and dirty carpet. I claimed to change room and I got a better one. Still value for money really bad.

The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the historic town square with its impressive architecture. We were also impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the room. the best aspect of our stay, though, was how conveniently located the hotel was. Walking out the front doors, we were a stone's throw away from both hip shopping streets and the charming old town.

Parking at this hotel was quite pricey. we found the staff at the reception desk to be unhelpful and not very friendly.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across the street from the beautiful Town Hall. It is also close to the historical downtown of Hannover, making it a great base for exploring the city. the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet is above average and there is a lobby bar with a cozy fireplace.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as the outdated rooms and furniture, need urgent upgrading.

Well located, walking distance from railway station & Altstadt, museums around the corner. Friendly and professional staff.

Value for money: we probably paid premium prices because of a trade fair (CEBIT), but especially the rooms don't match the pricing level: outdated furnishing starts to show that these rooms haven't been redecorated or renovated for quite a while...

It had the sole advantage of being close to the theatre. One or two of the staff were adequate.

Very overpriced in all services and facilities, especially internet access and breakfast; made worse by rude, unhelpful reception staff who ignored guests waiting for service and conducted their own personal conversation at the front desk. Late supper not available. Inadequate choice from room service. Room: dirty windows (greasy stains on inside) dirty wallpaper, damaged furniture, electic socket not working, Bathrobes not supplied.

The rooms need refurbishing, the hotel overall has a very "retro" look, in bad need of renovation.

Cost effectiveness during the Hannover Fair is more as inacceptable; it's profiteering, nothing else.
